We want to start by explaining that with the update of BumbleCraft's policies we will be updating our rule structure with a punishment system that better punishes behaviour that we feel is not appropriate or necessary for our platform. We have developed new moderation tools to better enforce our rules both fairly and logistically. You’ll be able to see below the brand-new punishment escalations for “Minor | Moderate | Major | Malicious” rules. Following this escalation system means that all users will be held to account and those that reoffend will be punished more harshly. We want all users to enjoy the experience while playing BumbleCraft.

We will however note that all rules are at the discretion of our Management team, we hold the right to add, remove or extend punishments we believe to be required for the safe and fun experience. If you disagree with a punishment, you’ll be able to appeal through our discord.

We will not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff team - we have provided our senior moderation team with the ability to moderate interactions between staff and players. The staff disrespect rule can only be enforced by a senior moderator or higher, if you disagree with a decision and feel you’ve been unfairly treated then you’re more than welcome to create a ticket, abusing the staff team is simply not an option, and we will hold a zero tolerance policy on it.

MINOR PUNISHMENT RULES

This rule is here to keep chat clean and to avoid spam, character spam & chat flood. We ask that you only use a moderate number of characters when typing through the chat and that you don't repeat the same/similar messages over a short period. Keeping the chat clean from spam increases engagement for all players.

As the server originates from English speaking countries the majority of the staff team are English speaking. We do not allow any form of advertisement on our network, when playing on the server you agree to not share details of other servers or services. BumbleCraft is not a marketplace, please don't use it as such. Any links deemed suspicious by the staff team will result in your account being suspended and we don't allow you to promote your own social media's unless the content is related to BumbleCraft.

We do not allow any form of disrespect on our platform, please note that minor infractions will not be punished as all players have the ability to use /ignore <player> if they don't wish to interact with a specific player. While we won't tolerate abuse towards other community members minor disagreements will not be considered under this rule, it's part of life to learn how to interact with people you don't like while remaining respectful and tolerant. Failure to behave appropriately will result in punishment.

Harassment of other players is strictly prohibited, if you do not get along with other community members we suggest you use /ignore <player>. Harassment can come in many forms, please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and if someone communicates their disapproval, accept it and stop.

You may not evade your mute or ban by using another account unless told so by a member of the BumbleCraft Staff Team. While punished you may not use an alternate account – if you have a sibling you must declare this to us prior to the account being punished or your appeal will be rejected.

You are allowed to use signs while muted as-long as the content on them does not further violate any of our rules, if the content on the sign violates our rules you'll be punished for evasion of your punishment.

You must follow the instructions of the staff team at all times, if you feel you're being wrongfully treated you should create a ticket on our discord and not take matters into your own hands.
